Taking screenshots using a controller

I am not sure if you guys can help me. I have looked everywhere for some info regarding this slightly odd question. I like to take screenshots of each game I play. It is really fun, and acts as a sort of "Achievement" type thing. I have been using MSI Afterburner for screenshots, the key for doing so is an obscure keyboard button. The problem I am running into here is gaming on TV out with a 360 controller. Some games are just better this way, I find. So I am wondering if there is a simple screen capture tool that would allow me to bind the capture button to a button on my 360 controller. I know this is a longshot, but maybe you guys can offer some kind of alternative. Scenary shots are easy, just put controller down and push keyboard, but action shots are impossible. I was thinking a program that automatically takes screenshots at timed intervals may work, although this makes it a lot less personal and way more random. Also, what kind of hit would this do to performance?

Sorry for the length, this is just really important, and maybe somebody out there is wondering the same thing? Thank you.

Does the controller have any software that allows you to remap buttons? While not necessarily a controller, the n52te lets you program any keyboard function to any of it's programmable keys.

AutoHotKey is software that allows macros and stuff for normal keyboards, but perhaps there are settings in it that will work with your controller.
