Enemy Territory: Quake Wars

What's it like?

Is it a console port, or console stunted (poor input/bad menus etc.)?
How does it compare to UT2004?
Are there still any active servers?
What DRM does it use?
Does it have the Quake Engine 60fps cap?

And any general thoughts you might have on it.

I briefly had it for Xbox 360. It was a good concept but the controls and input had serious problems. It was very hard to aim because your crosshair would just slide all over the place and was very difficult to control. I don't know about other platforms.

I have this game, It feels like Enemy Territory in the Quake Universe.
Much more team based objective gameplay then UT.

I beleave it has the 60fps limit, but you can change that in the console to what ever you like.

It has no DRM, you can play singleplayer without disc, but if you want to play multiplayer you have to loggin into your account.

In 2012 there are 3 or 4 half full, and 2 or 3 full servers with people, it might not sound much but its a tight community.

I still have a account on this game i never used, only this year to check how active game still is.
If you want you can try out the game on my old account, but you will have to obtain the install DVD on your own part.

let me know with PM if you are insterested, cuz you can have my old account, i never use it

Are you saying that the CD Key gets tied to an account or something?
Yes the CDkey gets tied to an account, Ive lost my cdkey - gamebox.

So i have an Username + Password, but cant change either anymore thanks to losing cdkey.

Like a said, if you want to try/own the game, pm me for account details if desired
