[NCIX.com] $67 Off OCZ Agility 3 240GB SSD + $20 GC!

I could be reading it wrong, but it seems you can get $67 off this SSD and afterwards get a $20 GC towards your next purchase! If that's the case, I'd think thats a pretty sick deal biggrin.gif

On a sidenote, has anyone ever used OCZ SSD's?

I have an OCZ Vertex 1 in a file server for LAN parties, works great at random IO over gigabit network... no stability problems with that particular one as it uses the Indilinx Barefoot controller (note how OCZ is using Indilinx controllers for their V4 drives now). Any drive with SandForce controller is going to have issues as they are not very reliable.

Mainstream: Solid, Agility and Apex (MLC based)
Performance: Vertex (Turbo) and Summit (MLC based)
Enterprise: Vertex EX (SLC based)

be aware that Agility is not a high end model..

Will it be good enough to run graphic editing programs with video editing on the side?

I just wouldn't personally spend that much money on such a large SSD, with it being a lower end model. Do you actually need that big of an SSD?

Please fill in your system specs in your profile.

Well, adobe products tend to take up a bit of space. I'll fill out my specs in a bit :-)
