Why is it such a pain to access NTFS drives? - Page 2

Thread Starter
Thanks, you guys have been a great help as usual smile.gif I assumed the drives were automatically mounted at a session start because I seem to remember writing to them but according to the fstab config I was wrong. Got the drives mounted and set for ntfs-3g and it resolved all my issues thumb.gif and so, my long list of 'linux quirks to remember' grows tongue.gif

Great! Good to hear.

#1 linux quirk to remember: It is dealing with closed source anything, you will probably have to consult a wiki on how to get it to work properly... rolleyes.gif Oh well.
