PCMark7, higher overclock, lower scores! Help me figure out what the problem is please!

I have 7 PCMark7 scores and even though I am achieving higher overclocks my score is getting lower, and lower. Here are 2 examples but the main thing I am noticing is that my "Video playback and transcoding / Video transcoding - downscaling" is dropping and dropping with pretty much every benchmark I run. What is going on?

5823 Score @ 4.75 http://3dmark.com/pcm7/348130;jsessionid=1nzhe350p74z477bwxlrhay8q

5368 Score @ 4.875 http://3dmark.com/pcm7/357499

Thanks for your help and input!

I only have a 730W PSU, could that be the problem?
