Is it possible to flash this HD 6950 to a 6970?

I'm pretty sure this is the one i have. VIsually its the same not sure if the model number is exact. I'll have to get that tomorrow but am curious if anyone has been able to and how did you do it?

if you have the switch and you see the shaders went up to 15xx should u flash or is this the "unlock"

Yeah i don't think i can but yes i don't have a switch so don't know if i want to risk it. lol but curious if someone has done it with this card and maybe some instructions i can check out.
