Hello OCN Members with the help of Google i was able to find this website smile.gif I'm a Video editor for weddings and random gigs smile.gif my name is Daniel or SuperDeo biggrin.gif like Goku

How i got here ? I ran intro a problem with my Intel 520 Series 120GB SSD not shutting down correctly, so i searched on Google to find Intel's Forum site BUT i was unable to join for some odd reason I even waited for 3 days to join to no avail so i moved on to more searching on Google frown.gif 5 days later i found OCN with a member who had my same problem forum link http://www.overclock.net/t/1255982/intel-ssd-520-series-problem but still it was not enough to fix my problem so i searched on this site instead of Google smile.gif and found my fix forum link http://www.overclock.net/t/974023/fix-ahci-sata-drives-showing-in-safely-remove-hardware and that was then end of my problems all thanks to overclock.net

I'm so Happy biggrin.gif that there is people who take there time out of there day to post things like this for people like me who really appreciate the help smile.gif Thanks!!!

There's More (O.O) my PSU is old and cant power my PC so i did some searching on this site to find yet another Amazing Fix yeah guys Awesome forum link http://www.overclock.net/t/15751/info-can-i-use-two-power-supplies-with-one-computer that post helped me use another PSU to power all my Fans and let my other PSU power the MB, CPU and GPU smile.gif worked out Perfect!!! the forum is broken though I was unable to thank the post creator frown.gif

Welcome to OCN!

One thing to let you know man, using two generic PSU's like that, that's just creating double the chance for failure, and it will happen eventually. I would strongly suggest you visit our PSU sub section and look at the stickies. There's a VERY reliable PSU calculator, and it'll even spit out GOOD recommended units for you to look into, depending on your system.

Otherwise, interesting looking build and I look forward to seeing you more often around here. tongue.gif

The PSUs aren't generic. One's an older Kingwin unit made back in the days when SuperFlower was mediocre; and the other is a mediocre Bestec unit. Neither are great, but the Kingwin is better and should be sufficient to manage the system by itself.

Thanks! yeah i figured that would happen but recently my psu was making a loud squeaking noise so i unplugged all the fans (4 120mm) to hear better but it would go away so i used the second psu mod to connect only the fans its a 250 watt psu.
Question ? what do you think about your Corsair CX430 is the CX series any good i just ordered the CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 V2 500W and i'm having a hard time finding a good review for it frown.gif

Nice! i didn't even know what brand the bottom psu was XD and yes the kingwin has been good since 2008 its a 450watt i think and all the sudden it makes a loud squeaking sound but stopped after adding the fans to the second psu but the kingwin still makes a little tiny hiss frown.gif
i was just recommended to check out your post about the calculator looks awesome and very useful but couple days ago i didn't know about it and ordered the CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 V2 500W and i also browsed to the FAQ: Recommended Power Supplies to see that the one i bought is not even recommended frown.gif
