5870 Crossifre clock problem!!!!!

I have two 5870s in crossfire and the CCC sets the idle clock for the first one to 400mhz and the the bottom card to 157mhz instead of 850,
most of the times i launch bf3 and the clocks stay the same, resulting in really poor frame rate. how could i fix this problem?

flash the BIOS so all the power states/clocks are the same biggrin.gif (on both cards)

Sorry i am a noob but i dont know how to do a bios flash.
