People are saying this new architecture runs so cool, but obviously that's not the case for everyone.
I just installed a GTX 670 into a friends PC we put together last weekend, and I didn't even check the idle temperature before strapping an Antec 620 on there. Using just the single Antec fan that comes with the radiator the card is hitting 21C at idle and 43-44C in Heaven after you give it some time to warm up all the way. Power consumptions never passed 94% but I can't remember what the clocks were at. I'll post back when I overclock the card this weekend.
The radiator is set up as an intake from the bottom of the PC, and the block is strapped on with zip ties the traditional way. You have to remove the stock cover plate to get contact, so you will also need sinks for the VRM and RAM chips on the board.
Edit- Also it starts to throttle at 70C.
