I've gone Rampage Extreme build and staggered the cost by buying the 3820 for now untill fall when the 8 cores are released/ unlocked.
G Skill Trident 2400
SSD. 520
EVGA 570
7.9 across windows.
Good luck either way

I have a GD65. Real solid board. however it seems that MSI doesn't offer offset mode overclocking.
If you want to get a solid budget board its defiantly an option. one annoyance is the Blue LED's and the Fan speeds of the stock BIOS. however LED's can be disabled and you can lower the fan speed. (all fans run at 100% unless you change it)
