I'd pay $29.99-39.99 for retail box that came with some goodies, or $19.99-$24.99 for a steam release. Considering Bethesda and Steam's track record so far, the latter is very likely.

I already own Doom CE, Doom 3, and Doom 3 RoE, but I will buy this when it comes out, may even pre-order it for PC. I freaking love Doom, and have been a fan since I was a kid. A top that, Bethesda and id have been some of the least "evil" game companies as of late and generally produce great content. I'm still disappointed at that half of a good game called RAGE though.

If you read the post of the BethBlog, it includes Doom, Doom2, Doom 3, ROE and a new level. It's also confirmed on their twitter that it's coming for PC, but won't be remastered. So same game that came out in 2004 graphics wise.

I never actually played doom3 as it ran like the dogs proverbials on my machine at the time, being i was a poor student i had no way of upgrading. I will play this when its released, but im not willing to pay big money for it.
