Hey!
I would like to OC my CPU to 4k with a stock cooler because everyone is telling me that this is posible even with reasonable temps.
So i was searching the web for some tutorial since ive never done ocing before. I used this as a guide: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9e04-5hjk-I (i used 40 multiplier instead of his 45)
Now when i was running prime95 i had temps over 85°C which is pretty bad i guess so i immidiatly shutdown my computer and set to default bios settings.
Can anyone here help me out maybe? what im i doing wrong?
Im using:
Intel Core i5 2500K / 3.3 GHz - LGA1155 Socket - L3 6MB
Kingston ValueRAM - memory - 4 GB - DIMM 240-pins -
DDR3 - 1333 MHz / PC3-10600 - CL9 - 1.5 V -
niet-gebufferd - niet-ECC
