Need help finding a fan

Can anyone help me find this fan? It's the CM Storm Force 200 mm Red LED fan. Product # R4-LUS-10AR-GP. (The one WITH the on/off function) I have contacted Cooler Master and they no longer sell it in the US and were not interested in helping me find it.

I have found a few of them, but one of the stores is in South Africa, and im not sure I would trust it. The other only ships inside Australia (I am in the US)

What's wrong with South Africa exactly? It's not like it's Nigeria or something. Assuming shipping isn't astronomical, it sounds like that may be your best bet.
