Again, given the market shares, they won't even get into anti trust issues. Also, why would they not be allowed to use their own technologies to their advantage. They can safely make a platform that makes ATI rock and nVidia suck, as long as they don't force it through the customer's throat in a packaged deal that pushes nVidia of the market.
The problem with MS v. Netscape was that MS used their monopoly on the OS market to gain control of the browser marked (by including IE in Windows).

haha, well see, I'm not a economics guy, nor am I into law that much. But I will tell you that if nvidia stuff doesn't work on amd/ati stuff, then there WILL be a lawsuit come about somewhere- it can't not happen.
The lawsuit will have no standing. nVidia will just have to make something that does work..don't they now. There is no law that demands that everything should be compatible. If so, we would not have different standards on all sorts of electronics.
