raise your vccio voltage to 1.1v, also set your LLC to level 1 on asrock boards thumb.gif try this and report back

This!

For 4.3 GHz, I only need 1.235v. I am also trying to achieve 4.5+ GHz at the moment. I realize this is a late bump, but it's still useful information. I'm currently referencing the Intel 2nd Gen Core Desktop Datasheet PDF from their website. It's recent as of September 2012 (last time it was updated).

I have ready several people online saying that Intel suggests not exceeding 1.35 volts, even with the Spread Spectrum Auto-jumps -- meaning that you should aim a bit lower than 1.35 and watch CPUID to make sure that it's not jumping beyond the 1.35 volt at its highest threshold. I do realize the data sheet says 1.52 maximum voltage. That 1.35 volt mark must be suggested for long term, or possibly about 3 years (warranty length) of solid use.

The best advice I could give from my years of experience with overclocking, going all the way back to an Athlon Thunderbird 750, is that you should upgrade your cooling when you hit a wall. Don't be so quick to raise voltage. Voltage and heat are both going to destroy the chip. I don't care how great you think you are with settings: nobody defies science. Even under extreme overclocking conditions where the chips are cooled to 0 and below 0 before hitting their load tests, those chips break faster than anything! Voltage increases current. The chip is only capable of handling so much before wearing down; hence, a warranty period and default settings which are sure to keep the chip alive for that period during he majority of extreme temperature climates and poor cooling solutions.

Edit:
I was able to get 4.4 GHz out of a 1.23 volt setting. The actual voltages are a minimum of 1.232 and maximum of 1.264 since I have enabled Spread Spectrum. I am very happy with this overclock because it stays within the stock specifications -- 95 TDP and 71 C max temperature.
