1. Well, two GTX-480's have been purchased from the OCN Marketplace (keep it in the community!)

2. The Corsair H-100 is out the door (trade+cash for one of the GTX's). While a contained unit is great for cooling and all, it defeats the purpose of doing a full system water cool build. So, she's gone and I'm looking to the Danger Den DD-M6 Nickel block for my CPU cooling needs.

3. Compression fittings have been identified for the 1/2" ID x 3/4" OD setup and I'll be getting those shortly. Watercooling setup is as follows:

4. The single DD-GTX-480 copper block I purchased from eBay came in over the weekend and is a hefty piece of art I need to get some thermal pads as it didn't come with them. Otherwise it is like it was brand new!

Well, change of heart I guess. As much as I like compression fittings it's hard to justify spending ~$200 for a bunch of fittings when barbs and clamps have been used and seem to have the same effects.

Well, GTX-480's should arrive this week. I've got the pump and SLI's coming in probably next week. Next purchase is either the RAD's or the GPU/CPU blocks.

Well, Project Halcyon is going bigger! I've decided to up the cooling potential and am going to focus on mounting a 1080 Radiator from Phobya on the side.

There's a lot of heat that needs to be removed from the system and the external rad with high quality fans will be essential to ensuring proper cooling. I used martin's lab configurator and the theoretical load temperature over ambient temperature is quite impressive

So, this build is becoming more and more of a machine supported with Phobya parts lol.

Forget the 1080, as I've said to shadowhero18, "You either go big, or you go home"......
So, what's going into the side?

That's right, the Phobya 1260 (4.220) RAD.

With the assistance and design of dwood, we are working on a really cool (literally) concept that is taking halcyon to the new level. Not gonna roll out the design but it's definitely unique and gonna be nice.

1. Bitspower D5 / MCP655 Extreme Pump Mod Top V2 has been ordered
2. Laing DD12V-D5 pump received
3. x4 Danger Den SLI Fittings (for parallel flow) have been ordered and are on their way, and
4. An order for Danger Den is about to go in for more WC parts
