GTX 680 driver crashing! - Page 2

So you already RMA'd? How did you go about doing it? What did you get in return?
I RMA'ed my 680 SC last month and didn't get a FTW. The last one failed so badly it was only detecting as a VGA Card after the last blank screen.

The replacement is also driver crashing. I feel like this is my 295 all over again. Why is it they ship defective cards and then RMA defective cards?

My 480 still works great though so I'm asking them to actually fix this by replacing it with a working card or refunding my money. I'll let you know how it goes.

Can you fill out your rig info you're using with these cards please, dark? That's pretty unlikely to receive a bad card from an RMA. It's certainly not impossible, don't get me wrong.

This same thing kept happening to me. I cleaned out all drivers and used the original first release drivers. So far, so good. Sucky that I have to do that but oh well.

I also just tried the beta drivers that just came out. Still crashed. Back to the originals. I may be returning this card. Nothing but a hassle. Never had a problem with my old 6970s
