33c sounds right, My thermalright TRUE runs my 955 at about 32-33c idle. If you look at benchmark/review site a H50 and TRUE run about the same temp wise. the only difference is my TRUE doesn't go past 45C at load. And thats with my 955 @ 3.8ghz and 1.44v. you have the idle temps about right but somethings really wrong with the load. 62C is AMDs max temp for Phenom II tech so I would def not be doing much till this gets solved. Even that is a little high in some peoples eyes.
My friend has a 965 stock with a H50 and when he first got it was pushing about 57C in games. Once I added a fan for push/pull that dropped down to about 52C
Another thing you could attempt is check the BIOS and see what its set for your CPUs voltage. Something may have gotten screwed up there. Other then that all I can think of is the pump isn't fully performing or your case has bad airflow.
