I'm running 33 avg right now on idle btw. When I opened up coretemp after booting up my pc my temps were like 40-42.

33c sounds right, My thermalright TRUE runs my 955 at about 32-33c idle. If you look at benchmark/review site a H50 and TRUE run about the same temp wise. the only difference is my TRUE doesn't go past 45C at load. And thats with my 955 @ 3.8ghz and 1.44v. you have the idle temps about right but somethings really wrong with the load. 62C is AMDs max temp for Phenom II tech so I would def not be doing much till this gets solved. Even that is a little high in some peoples eyes.

My friend has a 965 stock with a H50 and when he first got it was pushing about 57C in games. Once I added a fan for push/pull that dropped down to about 52C

Another thing you could attempt is check the BIOS and see what its set for your CPUs voltage. Something may have gotten screwed up there. Other then that all I can think of is the pump isn't fully performing or your case has bad airflow.

I might've fixed it. The highest it went to was 42c after like 10min of playing and the core is at 1.475

I know nothing of AMD CPUs but I do believe 1.475V at stock voltages is a lot.

WHAT bigeyedsmiley.pngbigeyedsmiley.png 1.475V on stock ohno-smiley02.gif

my old 1090T was running at 1.41V at 4.1GHz.

man lower your voltage. set it to 1.35V or even less.

also to clean your rad just push high pressure air through it or use water. I used to clean my old H70 using water. if your going to clean your rad using water then ONLY and ONLY put water on the rad, don't let the CPU block - pump or any of the cables get water.

1.425. But when I get home I will try lowering it to about 1.35 or 1.3. If stable I'll try 1.275
Btw I need new fans in my system. I have space for a top fan, front case fan, and maybe even a side fan.... Someone want to give me some options?

Typically, a Phenom II's stock voltage is either 1.40v, or 1.35v I don't think I've ever seen them lower. My 955's is 1.4v

Secondly, Cougar makes very good fans. I bought 3 CFV12Hs for mt Silverstone PS07, very quiet. One of them is on my H60 + shroud and my i3-550 at 4.1ghz/1.28v doesn't go past 44c while folding. I also have some Xigmateks in my main PC, there a little louder, but are about 5 dollars cheaper then the Cougars. Its really all about how susceptible you are to noise. I personally dont mind my xigmateks, but I do like the quiet of the cougars, and since that PC is on 24/7 I decided to spend more for silent fans. I also have 2 Vantec Stealth 120s on my TRUE. Their older fans, but also very quiet.
