Didnt know the samsung modules could clock that high, seems like good timings to me considering average 1600 ram is cas 9

Most CPUs don't have IMCs good enough to support over 2600-2800MHz. You'll only be able to use this memory if you have a top-tier motherboard and a lucky chip.

Team Group has always been quite underrated IMO. Looks like a solid, cutting-edge product. Too bad that no one will be able to run it at its advertised speed without a decent Ivy Bridge or Bulldozer under LN2, though I guess you should be able to get the timings pretty tight at something like 2200MHz.

You'd be quite lucky to get the Samsungs at tighter timings than that at anything above 2400MHz.
