Hey guys, I am looking to make the leap into some watercooling....
Now to do this I have been thinking of several different kinds of approaches.
I was thinking of going with a CL T10 with the reverse mobo tray and have a UT60 on bottom to cool the cpu/mobo and then have a monsta 360 for the video cards.
The best thing about this case is the flexibility and the fact that when new mobo layouts come out in the future I can just replace the tray and I can always add more cooling if needed....I can also start with something like just the monsta 360 and add the ut60 later....or vice versa.
Another option is to go a complete custom route and build a case on my own that goes along with the silverstone raven layout so that the air moves in the bottom and out the top with a 480 Monsta on the bottom. This would limit my flexibility in the future but could be a fun project and most likely cheaper than the CL idea....it would also be easier to take to LAN events
The third option is that my desk is a roll top. So space inside is a little limited. However, the cubbys are removable and I can build a case that is a 14" by 14" by 14" cube to fid snuggly inside.
I would have the watercooling going out of the case down through the hole that your monitor cords go through and pump the water through something like a MORA 3 that would be suspended where a shelf is normally sitting.
I have no intentions of going bigger than 2 way SLI so I think I can make such a small case work but I would NEVER get to take it to any LAN parties so this option may be best for a home server but then I would run into storage space restrictions eventually with all my movies....
So my question to you is which option do you think is the best.....
