The famous Change Color Scheme pop-up

Thread Starter
Ok guys, let's fix this crap once and for all!
I'm getting this error: 377
EVERY time I start a game.
If you just look at my sig then you'll realize I'm running a monster rig that is more then capable of running any game out there.

I've googled this crap and found multiple websites, all offering a fake solution that just flat out doesn't work...
  • Disabling the notification in the task bar doesn't work
  • Disabling Action Center in the task bar doesn't work
  • Disabling windows troubleshooting in the action center doesn't work
  • No, it's not my slow computer (tyvm internet trolls)

I don't care if I have to hack some windows parts or resolve to options that are borderline illegal... this goddamned warning is driving me bonkers!

Anyone knows how to get rid of this because I've just about had it with this crap madsmiley.png

Subscribed; I would also like to know how to get rid of this. Selecting "...don't show this message again" never works. Always steals the focus from BF3, which is the only game it happens with.

True. I would also very much like an answer to this annoying pop-up.

One thing you could try is right clicking on your icon and going to properties, then compatibility tab and disabling Windows Composition and Visual Themes.
That will set it to Basic when you start the game and put it back to normal when you exit
