yeah thats what I dont get either. If hes at -89c how could it not OC more. Unless its the memory and the MB itself that cant take the stress. AND if thats the case what is the point in spending that much money for that good of a cooling system if it caps out anyway.

But regardless I only say that b/c I am ignorant and I do not understand how it works. I promise you my jaw hit the floor when I saw this. It is undeniably amazing.

It seems me the E6700 WR is at about 5.3GHz... but achieved under LN2 with the CPU at about -140C or something...

Cooling a CPU with LN2 was a bit useless with AMD A64 because of the cold-bug. On the contrary, Intel CPUs are cold-friendly and scale better with a colder cooling. Actual Conroe WR which was obtained by my friend OPB-san, is 5705MHz (X6800) under LN2...
