Try HWMonitor instead of Speed fan.

Use the AI Suite II software that came with your mobo and see if that gives a more acurate temp reading. Speedfan might have an issue? If the numbers are the same it might be a bad thermal sensor on the chip itself. Looks like the mobo temp readings are correct just not the chip.

Motherboard temp readings. One is probably case temp and two is probably chip set temp.

You know, there is a simple and crazy solution to your problem. Overclock the cpu. You have been blessed by nature my friend biggrin.gif. I am dying here to keep my cpu temp below 80c at load. You have a 3770k on a sabertooth mobo. So, just overclock it. However, if you don't want to go that route, then lower the rpm of radiator fans of your h100. It should increase the temp. The controls are on the cpu mount. Best of luck. thumb.gif

Those temps are perfectly normal. You had me worried there for a bit. Negative temp on a cpu. It would have been something....anyways, you and your cpu are safe that's the good part. I wonder what would be my temps if i went to live in the alaska or iceland...Hummmm:p
