Final(?) update,

My parts have been shipped and all I need to do is wait till they get here which should be in the next few days, a full replacement for the V6 GT mounting bracket as per my Parts Request status.

Thanks to Samoht25 and CoolerMasterUSA for jumping straight on the issue. Despite the lengthiness of the process it was in no way unpleasant or difficult and the rep did eventually get on the ball towards the end given the uniqueness of my situation (me being located in the middle of nowhere), I imagine he must have approached it with caution at first.

So again, thanks guys.

Will consider CM in future purchases.
