New build problem

Hi

When I restart my computer it turns off for a second then back on again then boots normal. Is this normal?

When I turn my computer on it posts then turns off again for a second then back on and boots normal. Anyone know what the problem could be?

P8p67 deluxe
I5 2500k
8gb corsair vengence
Gt240
Coolermaster 650 watt power supply

Sometimes mine does that too when I change my UEFI settings, especcially if I change the voltages settings.
So erm, quick question: are you running your PC at stock (read: standard) speeds?
