4th revision of the Twin Frozr design and they still haven't fixed that problem?
Both of my GTX 460 Hawks (One Talon) suffer from this, and both are the fan closest to the I/O.
It also varies based on heat. On a cold boot the fan rattles like a monster. When heated they quiet down. Also, ramping fan to 100% and waiting for it to go away then dropping the fan back down is another workaround, but it will come back if the card is still cool.
Thought they may have fixed it on their new cooler, but looks like they haven't. Shame, considering I'm deciding between this and the ASUS card, the ASUS is looking like the better card for acoustics.
Also, it looks like this design actually has smaller fans than their previous designs. Could be a picture illusion though. Anyone able to confirm measurements on the fans?
