after a restart it works fine. It does not crash during the benchmark. Should I let it do this?redface.gif

That error generally means the gpu overclock isn't stable.

That error means you are not stable right now, lower your clocks a little bit. To make sure you are stable you want to be able to run heaven continuously for 40-50 minutes

As G3RG and Zerocraft said, your overclock settings are not stable.
It works fine after you restart because the driver returns automatically to the default settings after a crash.
That's why you have no more problem in unigine but, you wont make an incredible score.

To avoid that, you should restart completely unigine and afterburner.
that does the trick for me, the card takes the overclock settings again and I can continue my tests.

Start your core offset with about +80MHz, and make a run in unigine to see if it crashes or stay stable.
After then, you can crank it up by 5 and repeat the maneuver until you crash.
Do the same with the memory and you'll eventually find the "sweet spot".
For exemple: mine is +98core and +620mem and that gives me [1327Mhz/3623Mhz]

Also, you should not put the core voltage slider to the maximum. I don't know why but it gives nothing more for now. Maybe in the next update they will allow the triple over voltage but for now, you should leave it to 0.

Thanks everyone:D I will try the +80mhz
*Edit* What if it crashes and doesn't give me the error?

2nd *Edit* 338

This is all I can get for now without crashing on stage 21 (Gets 'em every time). Will this improve with maturity to the drivers/msi afterburner?

Future versions of the driver may improve your fps.
I'm not sure what is "stage 21", but if it doesn't crash, it's a good start wink.gif

In heaven there are 26 camera angles/scenes/etc and if I go above +80mhz then it crashes on stage 21/26.

means +80 is unstable

Oh! doh.gif
Well... yeah, it's unstable then. (unacceptable)
Try lowering the mem as well if it crashes.

You need a stable oc if you don't want your games to crash when you play.

It may be long and tricky but, when you're done, you wont need to touch it for the rest of it's life.
Your card is just gonna be optimized according its capabilities.

tweak the core and the mem to find your sweat spot and it has to be stable!

Edit:
I looked at your pic again and I noticed that you also installed EVGA Precision X.
This is a bad Idea to use two oc software like these, I can't enter details why. (I don't entirely know myself)
Make sure there is only one running at a time. Precision X or Afterburner, not both.

I was getting a stable overclock on +80mhz I mean when I go over +80mhz.

Problem: I was playing Arma 2 and all of a sudden I get this Red Screen and my computer locks up. After that +80mhz has not been stable. I have reinstalled the afterburner and the drivers (Removed Presision too).

Try doing offsets over +80 with your memory at +0. Core clock generally improves FPS more than memory, atleast it did for me. If you are not getting any farther than +80 then freeze your core clock there and try to increase memory by steps of +50
