I believe them with the results I got.

You're the only person so far and a 670 PE that claims to have no benefit from 2.2.3 over 2.2.2

My chip just sucks that's all. I tried the bios with more voltage and after a while I had to lower the core back down. I'm the only one that actually took a DMM to it and found that all they are doing is just giving us lower clocks to start and then when you move the +100mv and power level up it magically goes back to normal.

New update

Took me a while to realize it but my card seems to be quite capable after 2.23.

GPU Offset +147 (1337mhz)
Memory Offset +424 (3840mhz)
Core Voltage +100 (Not stable at default voltage +0)
Power Limit 109% (Down from 114% cause i've yet to see it go over 108%)

2.2
1250mhz GPU
3375mhz Mem

Nice, but there's no reason not to leave it at 114%, all it does is give your gpu more headroom in a more stressful game or bench. It doesn't change temps, power consumption or performance.

I'm pretty sure the voltage is unlocked too.
I've seen significant results with 2.2.3 that I couldn't reach with 2.2.2 in benchmarks.

Stop claiming this unless you test it with a DMM. Because when I did it, the voltage was lower before the slider changed and went to 1.175 after the slider went up. Of course it "looks" like you overvolted it.

Mmmm... I think I have one somewhere at home...
Where do I put the probes on the card?

I have been hearing that the TDP of the cards is what changed, not actually the over-voltage as you see it.

I think the TDP has been set to 80% on the stock card, and then the new afterburner simply increases that TDP from 80% to 100%.

This means that voltage DOES increase, but only on correspondence with the increase TDP, not because you slid the voltage meter up a bit.

I was only able to get +50 on the core and +600 on the mem of my 670 pe .
If I turn the volts up to 90 I can get 140 on the core but my score lowers.
