Alright thanks for the help guys, really appreciate it. I'll start out with resetting CMOS. If that doesn't work I'll hook up the DVD drive and try to repair Windows. If that doesn't work, I'll just do a fresh install and hope it works.

As for my 30C, looks like new fans are coming my way. That's extremely high -.- Looks like the cooling forum is where I'll be headed.

EDIT: Alright well I tried repairing from the DVD drive and it didn't work. Are you guys sure installing a fresh copy of Windows is the right thing to do? I don't want to wipe my hard disk if I don't need to.

Sorry for the double post, but everything works fantastically! Windows even moved my files from my previous account over. Props to Microsoft! (LOLWUT?).

Anyways, thanks for the help guys, I was scared out of my mind for awhile =)

Well first I tried resetting CMOS, nothing. Second I tried to do a Windows repair from the hard disk and that didn't work. After, I attempted a Windows startup repair through the DVD disk, and it told me Windows was unable to repair the current problem (big surprise huh?). After that I caved and decided a brand new install of Windows, however I didn't have to format the hard disk like I thought I would, so all my files and documents were moved over to the new OS. I'm now able to boot up perfectly.

Thanks to everyone who helped.

Yeah, any time you change platforms you will piss off an existing Windows installation.
Best bet is always a fresh install on a new chipset.

I felt like it would work though because Windows did begin to start up, it's not like it told me it couldn't figure out how to boot. Do I need to repair the copy of Windows by booting through the DVD?

I have done this a few times and works well without re-installing windows 7 on a different machine.

Put the hard-drive back into the machine in came out of, goto your programs and features and uninstall vid, sound and lan drivers and USB 3 if you got it.Chipset is not a bad Idea either.

Reboot now go into "device manager" and uninstall "Display devices" everything under "IDE/ SATA/ ata devices" Window 7 will complain about rebooting but dont just yet. Uninstall everything under "Sound video and game controllers" your LAN device, then under "System Devices" Uninstall anything from AMD, ATI, Nvidia and Intel. Then Uninstall all USB Components. Shut down.

Put your drive into your new PC, go into bios and and set your controllers from AHCI to IDE Mode.

Should be Golden. I have done this about 3 times with different machines and works well.

Alright good to know. A little too late now, but thanks for sharing, it's definitely worth trying in the future if I ever need it.
