Hex.

If EK stopped nickel plating their blocks they couldn't sell their Ekoolant.

DD GPU blocks still aren't that great looking imo. Love the new M6 CPU block though biggrin.gif EK had nice looking blocks, now they don't is the main problem I see here.

I trust you're excluding Heatkillers of the time from the "not that great looking". wink.gif

Not feeling that new look at all thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif
Damn, all I've ever worked with are EK blocks...what's a great alternative?
Not a big fan of the new design myself. Hopefully the Lightning blocks will still be the old design but as long as they work well I'll be OK with it...
I like the new design. If my paycheck was a couple of days earlier I would still have to get the old design blocks, but now I hope I will get to try the new ones.

They fit right in

That's how I felt when I first saw them. Are they trying to fit in with society? (Bringing retro back, again?)

Ugh I love EK's products but this circle thing is just absolutely hideous. I've been dying to get my hands on their waterblocks for the AMD HD 7850 which was supposed to come out like a month and a half ago.. Now I know why.... If someone else makes a waterblock for it I will likely go with them instead, I've always been a loyal EK fan because their products not only performed but they were also very elegant.... But this is just... I'm really disappointed =/

Heatkiller or Aquacomputer are way better looking and performing blocks than cruddy EK IMHO

EK will not be getting a single cent from me ever again
