So, Black Ops 2..............I have literally no idea what I think of it as of yet.

the part where the tower fell down looked cheesy and poorly coded as hell. Building falls, nothing happens, loading screen all of a sudden it looks like armageddon O_o

I thought that Microsoft press conference was just kinda meh. It was really exactly what I thought it would be. They showed a couple cool games(not really any exclusives), but overall, I am not planning on buying any games for Xbox that I wasn't going to buy already.

That entire conference was the DEFINITION of underwhelming.

As i was discussing with the people in my college club, every time someone new came on stage - we all were getting ready for some new big announcement or new IP or mega-sequel. Not one thing that entire conference felt new or exciting.

Even I was underwhelmed by the Resident Evil 6 demo. When they finished, I thought maybe the conference was going to kick up, but then they followed up with some stupid Kinect game that looked like an indie game. If I was Capcom, I'd be offended. Not because of the indie-quality nature of the game, but because nothing was worth paying attention to. In fact, I dont think that game is indie, I think it is in house MS developed.

Yeah, it was actually AWKWARD. The alpha effects of the smoke were lolwut.

MW3 starts off the game, literally 5 seconds in, with a building falling that was 3x that in Black Ops 2.

In all seriousness, I'm quite sure that was the worst Microsoft E3 conference I've ever seen.

It's almost like MS is putting gaming on the back burner for now.

I remember seeing the E3 where they had the Forza 3 trailer and I was literally blown away. This one ended before I realised it even began rolleyes.gif


EA had better announce a new fight night game or I'm going to hurt people. Mainly Mike Mahar and "Brizzo" of EA studios Canada.

I think this press conference really showed how badly the next Xbox needs to come. And I think a reveal next year at some point is in the cards. They only showed 1 or 2 games that come out in the 2nd half of 2013, and they were Kinect games which could easily be on the next console.

Looking forward to the Sony press conference tonight and the Nintendo one in the morning thumb.gif
