Help choosing an 27 IPS screen

I want to buy a 27'' IPS monitor. The Dell U2711 seems like a good choice but my budget is a bit smaller. I hear that there are the Korean monitors selling for a lot less like the Yamakasi or Crossover. My questions is which monitor is better of out those 2 and does anyone know a site i can buy it from, or just use Ebay? Also are there monitors that do 120 Hz from these two brands? Thank you

I bought 2 catleaps and both are perfect panels. I haven't seen a u2711 in person, but i dont think it could look much better.

I got a Catleap Q270 basic model (single DVI) and it worked perfectly. I was also looking at the Dell but I'm not willing to pay that much after my 2709 start developing vertical lines a few months after the warranty ran out. I do miss having the multiple inputs but I may just use the Catleap at work and then pickup a Crossover 2720MDP or the Auria 276W from Microcenter for home (where I want the multiple inputs). I'm probably going to get a 3 years warranty extension on the one I picked. I got mine from a eBay seller that offers Square Trade warranty. The extra $50 is well worth the peace of mind on bringing in a monitor from overseas.

The catleap of a certain panel type can be overclocked to 100hz, but I don't think they are in production anymore. I heard there is one retailer selling them for about $450 or $500 but that's it anymore. All of the Korean panels use the same LG ips screen, so basically it comes down to connections/bezel look. I am thinking about grabbing the achieva tempered glass option which I think looks the best. of course I'd be going for a wall mount as well.

Is dust any issue? because i have heard that dust can settle in the tempered glass
