You won't actually be able to play xbox games in Windows 8. You can purchase them and all it will do is queue it to your xbox. It's basically just replacing games for windows live and the Xbox Companion app.

ya when i heard he rumor of windows 8 supporting Xbox games i thought "wow, they might finally do something good for a change..." then when we got the final word, it was the realization that Microsuck took yet another dump on its customers.

Halo wasn't a trilogy, it was Bungie that said that THEY were only making a trilogy, meaning Bungie would only be developing H1,2,3 around the fight with the Covenant.

343 Industries is now developing Halo(presumably 4,5,6) around the Forerunners.

People are acting as if they made the three halos and now they are all of a sudden milking it....no, if you go watch the halo 3 ending, you see that they set it up for halo 4.

I cant belive with all this banter about multilayer no one has mentioned What pisses me off the most about Reach. The load out crap. Weapons and pick ups are supposed to be on the map as a goal to keep control of the spawns of the good weapons and power ups. Also being forced to play as elites I don't want to be a stinking alien. swat is the only game I will play on there.

meh the only "cool" thing i see here is the new enemy or whatever. Can get a working xbox right now for $50 from a friend but its not worth the money nor the cost of live. plus kb + mouse >>>

i do wish halo would be on pc as there really is no game out there i can think of from the top of my head like it. Oh well we win w/ the F2P's smile.gif

$50 is a steal.
Also, you dont have to pay for Live to play games. There is a free sign up, and you don't get alot for it but you can still play Halo 4 or any other game for that matter.

50 is a steal i realize but i had one and when i did i barely was on it only when friends asked to play. true but i dont think any console exclusive games on xbox are worth, ps3 yes. xbox no. id love to be playing heavy rain, god of war, and metal gear solid. too bad i cant get a deal like that for a ps3 -_-
