Trading for your weaker notebook - Dell Precision M4400 15.6" heavily upgraded

I'd like to switch to something a bit different. I've been using this machine as my primary notebook for the past 5/6 months and it's served me well as a desktop replacement. What it really comes down to is me itching to play with some new hardware, I get the itch twice a year 
I've played many games on this machine just fine including Starcraft, Diablo, Rift, League of Legends, Tribes Ascend, Minecraft (obviously), Eve Online, and the list goes on. It'll handle any source game no problem as well.
This notebook has been babied, never dropped or abused. I clean it weekly both outside and inside.
Looking to trade for your weaker (but good condition) notebook plus cash.
Also willing to sell for $450 Shipped.

Flaws:
Occasionally the screen inverts when moving the display hinge, the display plug to the board seems loosen when opening and closing it. Simply moving the display fixes it. The fan sometimes whines when it spins down, which likely means it needs to be oiled. There is also a small crack on the bottom left side of the display housing, as pictured.
