yes you can argue maybe than you only have one PCI-E slot, but then that what the gtx 690 is for. i can see why the MARS II was good as the gtx 590 was a dual GTX 570 on one pcb, but the gtx 690 is a dual 680 already on one pcb. This 2WIN and the MARS III offers 'overclocking' ability for a premium cost.

Mars III is Dual 4GB GPU's in 2 Slots.

Doesn't really work when the Nvidia designed GTX 690 is 2-slots and most probably cheaper than these stupid 3-4 slot abominations. The only company that got it right was ASUS with the MARS but that'll probably still be more expensive than x2 MSI Lightnings/EVGA Classfides watercooled. Which doesn't appeal to me.

Not to mention isn't needed by anyone here that isn't running 1440-1600P or surround vision.

They all succeed in me going 'oooohhhh and ahhhhhhh' but other than being interested in what they can achieve I don't care for them. Unless they all have crazy 1500mhz clock speeds up their sleeves or something.
