Hehe, thanks. thumb.gif I went through hell to get here with failed 680's, and some mishandling by Newegg.

I managed to increase voltage on the memory using Xtreme Tuner Plus, however, max stable under L2N is "only" 5Mhz more at 1350Mhz from and +600 memory. And you can see the voltage up to 1.212v.

I'm getting real jealous of you guys!! MSI always delivers with the Lightnings! Hell, if somebody offers FC blocks for them in a few months I may have to make the jump back to team Green! Still, I'm having a blast installing the blocks on my 7970's right now. In the middle of filming an installation guide for my YouTube channel right now... wink.gif

Overall, very satisfied! thumb.gif

Nice, sounds identical to mine! Same 1202 boost at stock, also maxed at 1383core & 1752 memory in 3dmark 11.

Sounds like a perfect match for SLI. biggrin.gif

Oh, I forgot to mention too that that pic of the 2500k @ 4.5Ghz in BF3 was in multiplayer, where I get less GPU usage in SLI than in singleplayer (network holding me back maybe?). You should see a pic of what it does to my 2500k in singleplayer- axesmiley.png

But yeah I've been trying to wait until next year's tax return for my next upgrade, but seeing what a 3930k does to 3dMark11 scores is pulling my credit card out of my pocket like a magnet.

Been pushing the air conditioner and 100% fan speed. By the way, thanks to all that pointed out to me very small temp changes make a difference, even at an already low temp. +Rep thumb.gif

So, updated score(s). Max P-Score is now P16,149. I cannot wait to get a 3930k redface.gif Was able to push SLI clocks to 1355mhz/6630mhz and 1305mhz/6430mhz.

Single card, I just wanted to see what the better one could hit. P11,188. Was able to push clocks, as of yet, to 1375mhz/7150mhz.

Max temp in SLI was 58C, max in single-card run was 56C. Bring on 1.35v!

I still can't believe how much cooler the 680 Lightnings run than the 7970 Lightnings. My top card was always hitting 80C or more even on 100% fan and with my side panel off. In single card it could do 1275MHz but in CF the temps made it impossible to get over 1225MHz. Really hoping water fixes that...

I found that Crysis 2 SP with DX 11 and high Res textures to be a better test of stability. I can run Heaven and BF3 for hours without issue but certain levels in Crysis 2 brought my card down within minutes.
