Benchmark/stability software suggestions

New to the site.... reading alot of usefull info, I am new to the overclocking business.. but I do understand alot of the info and setting you..all perform.I like Game ....especially CS:S and I want to up my speeds... With the info provided on your site I have change my stock setting to a up setting...My question is what hardware monitoring system do you use to watch the temp...to be safe ....Thanks for any info

Here are a few: Just Google them and download them:

SysTool (temps on lower right toolbar for cpu, mobo, chipset, gpu)
Speedfan 4.28
Everest
MBM5 (motherboard monitor)
SiSandra,
etc.......
Also, check the forums box at the lower right portion of the page and scroll till you find utilities, software, programs etc...

-Stress prime - Orthos: for stability on your CPU
-All four of the futuremark 3dmark benches: GPU stressing (Though 03 and 06 seem the most stringent and therefore the best.)
-Motherboard monitor 5: is EXCELLENT for it's dashboard and high/low temp/voltage logging abilities.
- Atitool is an excellent overclocking utility for GPUs.
