Eazy dude.....

Have you tried manually updating punkbuster??? 2142 players are having a similar problem 'You Have Been Kicked Via Punkbuster For Excessive Teamkilling Or As The Result Of A Successful Kick Vote' Which has been tracked down to a punkbuster error and so everyone has been asked to manually update punkbuster.

If this doesn't fix it then try CCleaner Pro (Crap Cleaner usually works for me when all else fails).

Finally, if these don't work, right click and cut your profiles Folder from C:\\Documents and Settings\\Tom and Franny\\My Documents\\Battlefield 2 and paste it on your desktop. Then uninstall and reinstall the game, getting rid of everything except your settings. When you have completed the re-install, cut the profiles folder back to where it should be, overwriting the new one that has been put in its place.

Now try the game again.

If these don't work then i am afraid that chances are.....its hardware

I used to have similar problems and found that one of my RAM modules had bad sectors....so i had to replace it.

Hope this helps mate
