Depends on the content you're given, but in any case I think it should be a bit cheaper.

EDIT: not to mention you get 2 week early access to all DLCs
Then why not make it $40 if you already have B2K?
I don't really feel like paying for a pack I already have,I also don't really want to pay for packs that aren't going to be out for some time. Another $15 for the current pack would be completely reasonable.

I can live with everything on there but this:
Quote:
ACCESS POWERFUL FEATURES
With Battlefield 3 Premium comes the unique chance to reset your Score/Minute, Kills/Deaths, and Wins/Losses stats if you want a fresh start with your multiplayer soldier. To further recognize your status, we give you queue priority into servers, more decals for your Platoon emblems, and the ability to favorite five of your Battle Reports to store them permanently.

I don't mind them offering extras for premium users, but non-premium users should not be punished. The idea is to offer a good deal to premium users, not doing it while taking away from regular users in order to force them to pay. This is simply a bad move and might backfire onto them, and I've already seen some server owners expressing their concerns saying they'd kick these premium queue jumpers. What's ridiculous is that server owners don't even get priority into their own servers without premium. Fortunately queues usually aren't long, but this is just the beginning since they actually went ahead with that crap. Hell, I wouldn't be playing BF3 these days if it weren't given to me in a voucher.

Ok,all I could buy at the time in terms of the physical copy was the LTD,but to me it was worth it seeing how its only $15 more. $50 is different, after that you've spent $100 on a single game.

at the time, the price for LTD was the same for the stand alone BF3. I remember going to this one target and all they have was the stand only bf3 but found the LTD ones at another store on release date. I didnt preorder my game based from past releases of LTDs because most of these titles were widely avail afterwards. I got mine BF3 LTD and this dr. pep one/max or whatever + gift card for like $65 or something.

Well in that case don't get premium and buy each pack separately.

Though I have to agree, paying for something that you get next year isn't really what I would want to do either. Maybe I won't play BF3 by the time the last DLC is released, what happens then? Money wasted I guess...
On one hand, I want to buy this.

On the other hand, I don't want to support this. If it were just 4 expansion packs (who doesn't have Karkand yet?) for a discount, then sure, there's nothing wrong with that. But locking people out for two weeks after the pack is ready to play? That's weak dude.

The more I think about it, the less I like it. Two tier gaming is BS.

Ha. Normally, when DICE releases something, I would go, "Here's my money." because they were reasonable before. I looked at this and said, "Wait a minute, I paid $60 for the Limited Edition, and now they expect me to shell out $50 more for four expansion packs? No." I'm going to wait until this gets a 50% off sale or something because this is ridiculous.

Mostly right.. But on release date I went to Harvey Norman and got it for $70 AUD in store, it was the cheapest place. Limited Edition that is! smile.gif
EB wanted $109 on release rolleyes.gif

Yeah you can, you just won't get the other perks that the premium players get.
