50$ and including B2K which I've already got and no options to buy individual? Yeah right haha they have got to be out of their little minds. I only paid 45$ for the limited edition preorder.

On the other hand, I don't want to support this. If it were just 4 expansion packs (who doesn't have Karkand yet?) for a discount, then sure, there's nothing wrong with that. But locking people out for two weeks after the pack is ready to play? That's weak dude.
The more I think about it, the less I like it. Two tier gaming is BS.

really?
The two tier gaming, perks and OP weapons no one else gets,BF3 is turning into COD. The new carbine rifle is so overly accurate it isn't funny, you just can't fight the premium guy with it with any normal carbine rifle.

No." I'm going to wait until this gets a 50% off sale or something because this is ridiculous.
I wouldn't expect to see a sale on the premium pack for quite a while,I think it's a huge amount of BS that i've gotta pay $10 more fora DLC that I already own.

Same here,$45 on pre-order from Bestbuy,it was good deal.
DLC content shouldn't cost more than the game itself, everybody in game has been telling me if you don't buy the premium pack,to buy the content separately will cost over $70. Ridiculous.

Does anybody know if this is going to be available @ Amazon? Thanks.

I bought it but kind of regret I didn't. It came close to $60 after taxes and I already bought B2K, but In the end it's still cheaper then buying all the DLC and this way I don't have to worry about missing the release. Those are just the lies I tell myself to hide the fact that I've paid for this game twice now.

I bought this for 2 reasons.

1. I know I'm going to cave at every new DLC anyway and end up buying it so might as well buy it all for a discount now.
2. BF3 is still the only proper modern PC game we have and continues to be so.
If I was a console player I would no way buy premium just because it's outrageously priced.

We all want good PC games and here's another chance to prove it I guess.
If only the console players buy this (which they probably will since they are stupid) then DICE can look at the numbers and well...
Don't even want to think about it...

Everyone knows my opinion, after I got attacked by savage EA worshippers in the BF3 thread yesterday.

Thankfully there are other people out that that haven't laid down yet on the issue.

I bought it... since I am in Korea I have to use the Korean store. It was 49,000w with no tax. If I convert it over to dollars it only cost me $41.34. I figured I would buy all the DLC's (Diablo will get old soon I am sure) so might as well just go ahead and do it now.

$50? I didn't even spend that much and I pre-ordered the game. Then again, I'm against this joke that's called DLC now-a-days. You want an expansion, release an expansion. Stop with these glorified map-packs.

I miss the days of open servers and dev tools. Users created their own maps and some of them were downright amazing.

This.

In all honesty, I believe it's the younger generations and console gamers pushing the popularity of "DLC". I bought Doom when it was released, and still play it to this day thanks to the excellent work the community has made. Same goes for Quake and Half Life. Those games had expansion packs, but it was also the full damn game being released (not a buggy 70% of a game), and the expansion packs were just that - expansions released well after the main game was sold, and usually by different developers.

The only expansion pack that's been made for the BF series in my opinion is Vietnam for BC2, and it was rather light on maps to be honest.
