Cosmos 2 Upgraded Fan Controller now Available in North America - Page 2

Well, if RC1200 is the only number you see next to the expansion slots on a white sticker... then something must have happened to the rest of it. The serial number seems to start with the actual model number, which as i said is RC-1200-KKN1... and is followed by a couple more digits.

The serial number is the sticker on the back and it is complete without any dashes and no spaces. In the past customer service in USA had issues with people on forums using other people serial numbers to make repeated warranty requests and fake part replacement claims. We only have limited amount of top panels, so if someone else uses your serial number you won't be able to replace your top panel as easily.

Like CM MR said... that is the serial number... so DO NOT post a pic of it.

RC-1200-KKN1 is the Model #. This is not printed on the case anywhere I know of.

RC1200KKN1************ (Not sure of the specific number of digits... but the * indicate more numbers) is the Serial #. It has no spaces, no hyphens. This is what is printed on that white bar coded sticker on the back of the case next to the expansion slots.
