Hey- Can I get a new controller please CoolerMaster?
I pm'd a copy of the newegg receipt to CoolerMasterUSA guy here and he said that it was enough and then never told me how to proceed (since I dont have the serial number).

Do I just go through the process and provide a copy of the receipt instead of the serial number?

Thanks guys! I do think that it's really awsome that you guys have a presence here and make an active effort to take care of your customers.
Customer service means alot, and it sure doesn't hurt that you guys make some of the best cases and accessories available!

Are you located in the USA?

If so, fill out the parts request and you should have it processed.

Thanks and yes, I'm located in Washington State, USA.
Part request submitted. We'll see if it gets denied because of missing serial number...
I did submit a copy of the original newegg receipt, but no serial number listed on that either.

I have a question as well. I live in Pakistan and imported a Cosmos II for myself. It was bought from Newegg in june. Would it already have this revised? If not, can you ship it to Pakistan?

It should be the new control. Check the pcb, if it's black then you have the new fan controller.

If you purchase it in the United States, we will not be able to send it to Pakistan. You must have a US. address and ship it to your area separately.

Hello all can any one share the procedures require to order a new Cosmos II pcb replacement . I have green colored pcb inside, i'm from India and I need new pcb because my front fan also not working with this pcb(faulty). Are they going to provide me repaired or refurbished pcb or new a one one with wires/cables along with it?

Well Im happy to say that one week later (after placing part request) I recieved an email from UPS saying that I will recieve a package from Coolermaster this Friday!

This is a shining example of standing behind your product and customer support.

Way to go CM and thanks to you CM reps that come to OCN to help people out!
