If you purchase it in the United States, we will not be able to send it to Pakistan. You must have a US. address and ship it to your area separately.
Thank you for the response! I have a brother in the United States, if I happen to receive a model which doesn't have it, I'll tell him to contact you so he can bring it here.

Hello! I would very much need your help.

I live in Sweden. I got my Cosmos-II case about 1.5 month ago. I've been experiencing the exact same problems as others been mentioning here, basically fan control bizarre behavior with mysterious sounds and non-shifting fan colors, not being able to shift fan speed via the case panel and even self-terminating fan activity frown.gif

I've been in contact with the store I bought the case from. The only way might be to ship the case 50 miles since I've moved since I bought the case... and get a new one, but I wouldn't know if the new case would have the same problem or not! I thought it should be easier to just get an upgraded fan control with the certain knowledge that the problem won't occur again.

I've tried to contact a Cooler Master office in Stockholm, e-mailed them 4 times, calling the several times, with no luck of getting any kind of reply at all. The same thing goes with the Taiwan office which was advised in another reply here... e-mailed several times, never got an answer or any kind of help at all frown.gif

Then I reached this thread, there was some kinda relief at least to find out I wasn't alone out there with fan control problems. Since then I've also talked to a Cooler Master representative in "livehelp" who also admitted that this has been a recurring problem and the only way to completely be sure to get rid of it was to get the fan control changed. Simply swapping the case to a new one but with the same kind of older fan control might render in a persisting problem.

Now since all the North American customers are eligible to receive new fan controls (v.2), I was hoping for some Coolermaster representative here to help me out as well. I'm sorry I live in Sweden and not in North America but I was hoping to be able to receive the same kind of help as other... because otherwise I love my new case!

And I've got all the necessary information with S/N and case numbers and everything. So please help or advise.

Many thx in advance.
/B.

That's nice to hear... I just wish that other Cooler Master customers living in other parts of the world are just as important in order for us to get some help as well. So far no one has even been willing to reply to e-mails or help out in any other way. I hope living in the "wrong" part of the world will not become an obstacle to be a happy customer... honestly I don't know what else to do or whom more to contact. Simply swapping the case for a new one with the same old fan controller does not feel seriously appetizing, just to get another case with the same problem. Would anyone plz advise? Why can't I be eligible to get the same benefits as others with the same problem when I've paid even more so for my case I'm sure?

Thank you bob, I do hope so! My options otherwise are pretty limited at this point, this is my last chance to get some decent help as I REALLY do want to keep my case smile.gif

Hi guys anyone have any feedback on the new controller? I got mine replaced a month ago and instead of the whole thing getting better got a lot worse. Old controller would make my fans click. The new one makes them 5times louder. Now all my fans are making buzzing noise and all vibrate even after market Noctua fan. But it is weird it will buzz then it will stop for a second and it will start again. My first thought they send me a bad controller second one same thing and all my fans work fine when they are plugged in the motherboard and they will not buzz at any speed only with the controller.
Anyone have any thoughts?

There is no doubt about it: The Cooler Master Cosmos II Achilles heel is the fan controller.

I'm beginning to think the folks who have simply switched to a third-party controller took the right path. However, I decided to take Cooler Master's free replacement offer, and after a three-week wait an entirely new head/controller assembly arrived last Friday.

As a back-up measure, I also decided to go with Enermax manual-control case fans, which override and regulate fan speed locally with a small adjustment switch-box. If the Enermax fans misbehave with the Cooler Master controller, my back-up plan is to keep the Cosmos II controller set at high for maximum power, and then manually regulate each fan down based on fan role/location. This approach obviously avoids the entire point of having a central fan controller...

It is a shame the fan controller is so problematic, given the otherwise excellent case design; I probably should have just went with an entirely different fan controller:

Hi SonicAgamemnon I get your point and yes I can do the same or just plug the fans in the motherboard, however I pick this case because of the size and fan controller build in and all. And being the most expensive case in the store I kind of expected to work properly. I really regret not getting Corsair 800D
