I can also vouch for the great customer service that I've received from Gary. Most recently for the effort that he went thru to have some hard-to-find mounting brackets mailed directly to me from Thermalright (for a pair of HR-03s that I picked up second hand).

...and he threw in a nice Bitspower shirt in my last order, too! (I still haven't figured out how he knew I needed an XTRA large). smile.gif
