Did the following with no improvement in results:

Physically Unplug Sound Card - Nothing
Took out both GTX580 SLi and swapping positions of cards - Nothing
Disabled all DVD & BD and HDD - Nothing

Looks like I will have to reinstall again :/

Nope all at stock at the moment... now gonna do a Memtest with at least 4-5 runs to see how it goes. :\

Just installed Soluto to test out.

Managed to drop the boot up to under 1 min... I realised that the thing that really ate up 20sec was AnyDVD... 20s! very interesting...

SSD maintenance check-list:
Are you using the Intel SATA socket with SATA600?
Have you updated firmware?
Tried changing SATA cable?
Is ACHI mode in Bios enabled?
Have you updated Intel chipsets drivers and Intel RST software?
Is TRIM working in Windows?
Check if CPU bus speeds are normal and not overclocked?
Have you tried disabling C-States, Speedstep and Turbo boost?
After firmware update, did you try clearing motherboard cmos or try load optimised defaults then reconfigure?

(When C-States are disabled in BIOS; Sleep mode may not work)

Are you using the Intel SATA socket with SATA600? Yes. It is on P0.
Have you updated firmware? Yes, flashed in the latest 000F
Tried changing SATA cable? Yes, once with brand new SATA3 cables
Is ACHI mode in Bios enabled? Yes. Checked via regedit that Win 7 is on ACHI
Have you updated Intel chipsets drivers and Intel RST software? I believe it is the latest, went to Gigabyte website for the latest.
Is TRIM working in Windows? Yes it is. Checked via cmd command.
Check if CPU bus speeds are normal and not overclocked? Pls see CPU-Z screenshot in next post
Have you tried disabling C-States, Speedstep and Turbo boost? Not sure how to do this, could ya help?
After firmware update, did you try clearing motherboard cmos or try load optimised defaults then reconfigure? Yes, did that the load optimised defaults on BIOS.

After Secure Erasing my SSD and reinstalling Windows, boot times are back to fantasuc speed.

I went on to install driver, utilities and software one by one.

All of the given drivers did not seem to give a problem.

The problem then started to arise when I installed one of Gigabyte's mobo utilities, "Update Manager".

That utility alone increased my boot up by abt 30s!

Once deleted/removed, boot times went back down to 20s+ (including BIOS load up)
