yeah i mean like, i will gladly pay £1200 each in place of £900 for a 690, but not double like the mars 2 was.

The question is, will this have voltage control?

If it doesn't that is kind of fail imo for what will be THE most expensive gpu possibly ever?

If this has voltage control I could see them selling like hotcakes even @ $2000 a pop.

The 680 doesn't have the 8gb hype or a 8+8+8 power design and it doesn't have unlocked voltage control (assuming the mars III does since its going to be expensive as hell).
