Yeah love the DABE but was so disappointed to find I couldn't grip it with my dry hands. Shame the rubber is so dry.

I am eagerly waiting for reviews for this mouse. The mouse shape seems just right for me, with the rubber side finish could be a killer if it has a good sensor.

That's exactly my problem too. Love everything about the DA-BE, just can't grip the damn thing until I've used it for a bit and warmed my hand up producing just a little moisture.

I can grip the normal DA very good, with its glossy sides.
You should have bought that one thumb.gif

I will probably abuse Amazons terms of use once again and order it just to see how it is. The shape, coating and design is very appealing to me. I can deal with a braided cord I guess, but it comes all down to the sensor. If I can't get low liftoff and as little acceleration as possible on a low dpi setting, than I guess it wont be for me.

I just received my review unit in the mail today and can confirm that you can't change the color of the lights. It's green, and it stays that way unless you disable it in Synapse 2.0.
