Btw, i'm not a fanboy so f*** off tbh, i don't even own a single SS product.
Skylit i know you've got some knowledge but seriously, dont act like a jerk.

You made a claim, yet don't own a product or products to even back up why product A is superior to product B....

Razer's going downhill? I actually see the exact opposite occurring here. They're actually improving in areas that quite interest me regardless of that little accel flaw plagued on every DIP-16 A9500/9800 mouse produced. I could even go a bit further, but don't really want to share that knowledge in public.

What areas?

My opinions are based on other people's reviews. I've been searching for a keyboard/mouse lately.

I own the Taipan and I completely disagree. This is the best quality mouse I have ever had from Razer and I have 4 others. The quality of the Taipan is top notch as far as I am concerned. It seems better built, more sturdy, less plasticy, and tracks much better compared to PTE mice, not to mention that their new Synapse 2.0 software is pretty darn good for mouse software where as I disliked their old software quite a bit.

Yea well, i may pick it up after all. I love the shape of the Taipan. But still, is it really worth that much with all those flaws?

The metal paint is not that good.
I read about people that have problems with a clacking mouse wheel when pressed to the side.
The Sensei I tried had mushy feeling mouse buttons, directly compared to a Deathadder that was next to it.
