Is it because it is windowed that it looks less than smooth? Or is this new 3DMark that much more demanding?

You can tell even from the youtube video the lighting and particle effects are absolutely magnificent.

However doesn't SLI not work in windowed mode?

Wasnt the point of each generation of 3dmark to be a bench of each generation of direct x? Either this doesnt fall in line with that (direct x 12) or the new version is coming very shortly. 3DMark06- DX9..... 3dmark Vantage- DX10....... 3Dmark 11- DX11

It might be updated for dx11.1? Graphics do looks good, although from what I could see in the video, I;m not really all that impressed.

It might be updated for dx11.1? Graphics do looks good, although from what I could see in the video, I;m not really all that impressed.

Those particle effects aren't impressive to you? People said the same thing about UE4.

I find it kind of funny that people aren't impressed by things that they've never seen done before.
