DSLR video shooting

i am looking to use my video feature at 24p on my canon 7d, what would be the best shutter speed for that and how do i choose my iso?

although it does not matter a great deal i would suggest for a 7D to just shoot 30p

but its personal preference but either way for 24p you would want to lock your shutter speed at 1/50 and for 30p you would want your shutter speed about the same

after you set your shutter speed then select your desired aperture that you want or set the ISO that you want. and then adjust the other to get proper exposure. i usually set the aperture that i want first and ISO last because i usually am able to guess pretty close what i need and most of the time i like to set my aperture based on a certain amount of depth of field that i want. also while in video mode you need to push the ISO button on top of the camera that is next to the info display in order to change ISO
